Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason, you can return it for a refund. All return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and put back in the original packaging. All sale items are final.

You must email customer service within 10-days of receiving your order. Only items purchased at xeppelinco.com.com can be returned. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Zeppelin * Co. Zeppelin & Co will not be held accountable for any lost packages.

Prepare your package

Pack your return securely and cover or remove any original mailing address label or shipper barcodes. Include a note with your name and order number, or a printed copy of your order.

Drop it in the mail

Use the courier service of your choice to return your item(s) to the following address:

Wait for your refund

Return parcels may take weeks to be delivered to us. Once your return has arrived, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed. We’ll send you an email once the refund is on its way.
